Our team

Meet Esther and Mia

Two physical therapists, licensed in Georgia. Each sees one person at a time.

  • Esther Rembert, a physical therapist in a grey quarter-zip, seated on a treatment table in a bright clinic

    • Physical Therapist · GA Lic. 000000

Esther opened Clay so that every visit could be one-on-one. She sees women with shoulder, hip, knee and back problems, and those training for a race or a season. She sets your plan with you and stays with you for the whole visit.

  • Mia Davila, a physical therapist in a navy polo, leaning on a rail in a bright clinic

    Mia Davila

    • Physical Therapist · GA Lic. 000000

Mia sees women for orthopedic problems and for strength, running and lifting goals. She watches how you move and builds your plan around what you do most.

How we work

One person at a time

We keep the practice small on purpose. When you book, you book an hour with one of us, and that therapist is with you from the first question to the last exercise.

We tell you what we find, what we do not know yet and when we think another clinician should see you.

  • Your therapist stays for the whole visit

  • We explain the risks and your choices

  • We tell you when to see a physician first
