A visit

What a visit looks like

  • Your hour

A full hour on video, one-on-one. Esther or Mia stays with you from the first question to the last exercise.

  • What we do

    • Talk through what you feel and what you want to do

    • Watch how you move on camera and adjust your exercises

    • Update your plan and what to do before the next visit

    • Tell you when a visit in person would help more

  • What decides how many visits

Whether what you need can be done on video. Some problems need hands-on care or a closer look, and we say so.
