A visit

What a visit looks like

  • Your hour

A full hour, one-on-one. Esther or Mia stays with you from the first question to the last exercise.

  • What we do

    • Listen to what sets your back off and what eases it

    • Look at how your back, hips and core work together

    • Use hands-on care and exercises chosen for you

    • Build strength you can use outside the clinic

  • What decides how many visits

How long it has been going on, what sets it off, how strong you are now and what you want to do with it. We talk it through after your first hour and check in as you go.
