You are training for a race and want a plan built around it

A visit
What a visit looks like
Your hour
A full hour, one-on-one. Esther or Mia stays with you from the first question to the last exercise.
What we do
Look at how you stand, walk, squat and land
Use hands-on care and exercises chosen for you
Build strength and movement for your sport or your shifts
Talk through shoes, load and rest between visits
What decides how many visits
What hurts, what you do most, how much you want to add back and how your body responds. We set checkpoints with you and change the plan as you change.

Questions about this care
Do I have to stop running?
Not always. We look at how much, how often and where it hurts, and agree with you on what to change for now.
Can you look at my shoes and the way I move?
Yes. Bring the shoes you run or train in, and we watch how you move in them.
Do I need a brace or an insert?
We tell you what we see and whether one might help, and we explain your choices.
