Strength and performance
Physical therapy for women who run, lift, row, ride or play, and want a plan built around the sport instead of a list of things to stop.
This care is for you if
You train for a race, a meet or a season and something keeps getting in the way
You are coming back to running or lifting after an injury or time away
You want your training looked at by someone who also understands how you train
You would like to move well, not only move more

A visit
What a visit looks like
Your hour
A full hour, one-on-one. Esther or Mia stays with you from the first question to the last exercise.
What we do
Watch you run or lift, in the shoes and with the load you use
Find what limits you: strength, range, timing or load
Use hands-on care when it helps
Write a plan that fits your training week
What decides how many visits
What your training week asks of you, where you are starting from and how your body adapts. We set checkpoints with you and change the plan as you change.

Questions about this care
Do you coach?
We are physical therapists, not coaches. We work alongside your coach and share what we find if you ask us to.
Can you see me during a training block?
Yes. Tell us what is coming up, and we plan around it.
Is movement analysis a separate test?
No. We watch you move and explain what we see as part of your visit.
